With over 15 years of experience in leading critical operational functions across Human Resources, sales, and project management, Talae brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients.  The name Eziah Group reflects a personal touch, combining the names of his two sons, Ezra and Josiah. Talae is proud to be an alumnus of the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and the Keller Graduate School of Management, and he holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Beyond his professional endeavors, Talae is actively engaged in community service and is a valued member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
